Operation Special Delivery

While your partner is deployed, we are here to help. You probably didn't expect to be expecting while your loved one is deployed, but CAPPA's Operation Special Delivery can assist you. We provide labor doulas to help guide you through this special, yet sometime overwhelming time.



Do I Qualify?
You are eligable for services provided by CAPPA's Operation Special Delivery if:
- Your husband or partner is expected to be deployed at the estimated time of your baby's birth, or has been severly injured or has lost his life due to the current war on terrorism.
- You are unable to financially afford the cost of hiring a private doula.
- You would otherwise not have reliable and/or sufficient labor support.

Volunteers Wanted
