Services Offered

Childbirth Education/Birth Planning:
This service includes two childbirth classes (at least an hour long) and a birth planning session.

*If you decide to use my doula services, the fee will go towards my doula fee.

Labor & Birth Support:
Starting when you feel you need support we will go over health and nutrition, the four trimesters, the birth planning, labor & delivery, breast feeding and postpartum care.
Two weeks before your due date i will be on call 24/7.

Once in labor I will be at the birth location as soon as possible. You will have my full support from labor to at least two hours postpartum.

Postpartum support will be at least two visits to see how breastfeeding is going, and for mom's support.

Email and phone support service is as long as needed.

Also Available

Monitrice Service
A monitrice is a doula who has training to preform clinical skills. (I am also a nursing assistant.) This lets mom stay home as long as possible where she can be comfortable in her own home.

Placenta Encapsulation - $125.00 ($75.00 if you're my client).

Fee:

Childbirth Education/Birth Planning - $200
Labor and Birth Support (Home/Hospital) - $400 to $600 (sliding scale)
Monitrice Service (also available for home births) - $600
